Occupancy per Studio: The rate for each studio considers a maximum occupancy of 2 persons. No more than 2 adults per room.
Credit Card Guarantee: A voucher will be taken as a guarantee to the guest's credit card in the amount of $3,500 MXN, corresponding to one night or 30% of the total stay, as determined.
Rates and Additional Charges: Published rates do not include taxes. All rates are subject to 16% VAT and 3.5% ISH, which will be added to the total cost of the stay.
